What are enrichment hours?

Full-Day Enrichment

  • Drop-off: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Pick-up: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Includes structured play, rest periods, enrichment activities, and optional field trips.

Half-Day Enrichment

  • Morning Session: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Is there an Emergency Protocol in place?

Your dog’s safety is our highest priority. Paws & Play has a comprehensive emergency protocol in place to ensure swift, calm, and professional response in any situation.

    Team members are trained in canine first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
  • Immediate Action Plans
    We have clear protocols for medical emergencies, natural disasters, and behavioral incidents—so every handler knows exactly what to do.

Are dogs seperated by size?

We keep a low handler-to-dog ratio and group dogs based on compatibility, play style, and comfort level—ensuring safe, positive interactions and one-on-one time.

Each day includes a mix of agility games, rest periods, and social bonding—all guided by trained professionals in a warm, home-like setting.
